Member and Staff Reporting Resources

Although Crossroads Indoor is an independent organization, we carefully follow policies and compliance set forth by Winter Guard International (WGI). Taken from the WGI website:

Concerns of noncompliance should first be brought to the leadership of the organization involved, who are expected to investigate the concerns promptly and address them. Allegations of misconduct or noncompliance with WGI policy can also be reported directly to WGI. This includes ethics concerns, as well as alleged violations of WGI’s values, code of conduct, and policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. In addition, WGI is available to help an individual connect with the right person of the organization involved to ensure the concern is considered and promptly addressed.

Throughout the season, members are provided opportunities to work with our Membership Director to discuss how their experience has been with Crossroads, and to voice any concerns or observations. However, members are always able (and encouraged) to reach out directly to anybody on the Board of Directors, or their Ensemble Director, with any complaints or concerns. Regardless, members who wish to anonymously report directly to WGI are encouraged to use the following form:

Minor participant consent form

Because Crossroads Indoor often rehearses in public institutions (high schools, universities, etc), some Events require participants under the age of 18 to bring a minor participant consent form. This form may be printed and filled out, then brought to an Event. We also will provide blank forms at any Event in which this is required.
