Each Event requires a $50 fee for participation (unless promo-code provided), which must be paid by the start of the event. This fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Crossroads prior to the start of the event.

Meals will not be provided for students at clinics.

Payment prior to clinic attendance is encouraged and may be done so on our store. In-person payment at clinic sign-in will be available.
