Crossroads Indoor is committed to providing our membership with a safe and sustainable environment. To continue the growth of our members and organization, we are seeking guard educational staff and photography/videography help across various roles in our ensembles.
All roles must be able to pass a background check and complete WGI’s Participant Protection Practice (3P) training. Compensation is offered based on role, experience, and the organization’s budget. Some travel throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota is expected; efforts are made to provide housing to staff on the weekends.
